We received no information on directions from the reception area back to the apartment.
Clear instructions/map with directions on it on how to find the apartment block we were in. We arrived after 10pm and felt the person on reception did not care if we arrived safely at our accomodation

Spacious apartment in good location.
The location in Eixample is great - minutes from the nearest Metro station. There are also several good restaurants within walking distance. The apartment was spacious, clean, and quiet. Communication w/hosts was clear and quick. We loved having two separate bathrooms and a full kitchen in case we wanted to cook. The elevator was small, but worked well.
The walk to pick up the keys was about 9 minutes and I had to leave my things & fellow guests behind in a lobby with no place to sit while they waited. I know they clearly state that picking up the keys at another location is required, unless you pay in full and send paperwork ahead of time, but it was a hassle nonetheless. The room numbers can be confusing. Even knowing that the ground floor is usually the planta baja, it was confusing for our room to be on the sixth floor (clearly marked sexto) but our room number started with a 7. The actual apartment did not have the room number that our confirmation had on it so we had to call the desk to clarify. The bathrooms had an awful sewage odor coming from the sinks, so we bought some air fresheners and those helped a bit. I would have liked to have fresh towels more than once every 4-6 days. Without a dryer, washing towels and hanging them in the apartment left them stiff and unpleasant.
